Dr. Markus Limberger

Managing Director and Shareholder

Dr. Markus Limberger holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry (Degussa Scholarship, Phoenix Pharmacy Science Award 2000) and brings over 25 years of GMP experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
His expertise lies in quality control and quality assurance of pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals.
He has a proven project history with almost all major research-based pharmaceutical companies and is considered a personal guarantor of the highest quality standards.
Dr. Limberger is actively involved in professional associations and contributes as a speaker and author:
APV (Working Group on Quality Assurance and Analytics, Pharma Expert) and the GMP-Berater publishing team.

Dr. Christoph Jacobs

Managing Director and Shareholder / Head of Quality Control

Dr. Christoph Jacobs earned his PhD at the Institute of Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry at Saarland University.
At the beginning of his professional career (2001), he worked in the fields of pharmaceutical substance characterization, stability studies, and method validation.
Subsequently, he served as Head of Quality Control, where he was responsible for establishing an industrial GMP laboratory, and became a recognized expert in pharmaceutical analytics and biopharmaceutical methods.
Dr. Jacobs is a professional speaker on analytics in GMP environments and quality-related topics.

Abdelmounaim Deghmouche

Head of Quality Assurance

Mr. Abdelmounaim Deghmouche holds a degree in chemistry, having graduated from the University of Morocco in 1997 and subsequently from RPTU Kaiserslautern in 2007.
He began his professional career in 2008 in the field of quality assurance.

Since 2015, he has been serving as Head of Quality Assurance at Quasaar GmbH.
With over 18 years of experience in cGMP environments and a track record of successful national and international regulatory inspections, he is recognized as a subject matter expert in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical quality assurance and quality management.

Daniela Wegener

Head of Laboratory and Quality Control

Ms Daniela Wegener completed her chemical engineering studies at the University of Applied Sciences Merseburg. She began her professional career in process engineering before transitioning into the GMP-regulated environment. As an analytical expert and Head of Quality Control, she was responsible for the development, transfer, and validation of analytical methods, as well as for the quality control and stability studies of raw materials and finished pharmaceutical products. Since 2018, she has been heading the analytical laboratory at Quasaar in her role as Head of Quality Control.

Eric Siewertsen

Head of Project Management

Eric Siewertsen completed his degree in chemical engineering at Hochschule Fresenius in Idstein. At the beginning of his career spanning over 20 years, he held various positions in GMP laboratories, including several years as Deputy Head of Quality Control and Department Manager, before joining Quasaar GmbH in early 2021. Based on his operational GMP expertise, he assumed responsibility for Project Management and the coordination of stability studies.

Administration

Anne Weber

Administration / Human Resources

Anne Weber is a certified wholesale and foreign trade specialist, having received her qualification from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) Saarland in 1996. She has been part of Quasaar GmbH since 2021.

She is responsible for coordinating payment transactions as well as managing accounts payable and receivable. In addition, she oversees human resources and handles general administration and organizational tasks within the company.
